Phases 0–6 are authoring complete and their validation has begun in a network-enabled environment. Do not revive this document. Refer instead to:
This was the consolidated handover for all Phase 0 through Phase 6 work: repository foundation, semantic platform, Surface lifecycle, revision ledger, immutable graph families, workers, release integration, OCI adapter, Projection lowering, MORK review snapshots, and governance queue.
Its scope was bounded by validation-pause-handover.md, which explicitly deferred all validation until the host toolchain became available. That validation is now underway in Phase 0–6 gates per Platform Continuation Status.
The handover’s depth and length would be redundant with the phase-specific handoffs and current status records. Its historical value is nil; it is kept in the sketches folder for reference if needed, but should not be treated as a current planning document.
